Gecko House
— entirely yours.

The whole property

Four private front doors. One property. No strangers.

When you book Gecko House as a whole property, you get all four units — Blue, Red, Green, and Yellow — exclusively for your group. No other guests. No shared spaces with people you don't know. Just your people, your schedule, and a Gulf Coast property that's entirely in your hands for the duration of your stay.

This is the option families choose for reunions, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, and multi-family vacations where everyone wants to be together but still have their own door to close at the end of the night. Sixteen guests. Four kitchens. One pool. One dock, two minutes away. The Gulf of Mexico on one side, Lemon Bay on the other.

Gecko House whole-property bookings are confirmed personally — text us with your dates and group size and we'll get back to you within 2 hours with availability and pricing.
